Hypnosis for Phobias
These bad experiences can become embedded in our subconscious and generate exaggerated responses to avoid that particular situation. This is how phobias develop.
It is good and natural to have a healthy fear of things that may be dangerous in our environment. However, there are times when these fears can become overwhelming or exaggerated. Having a bad experience heightens our awareness of those dangers in our particular surroundings.
