Module 1 – Why is This a Problem?
- Identify what exactly is going on and how this impacts on your professional and personal life
- Recognise the Red Flags and learn how to navigate around them
- Learn to neutralise the temptations and compulsions regardless of how long they have been controlling you
Module 2 – The Need to be Needed
- Do you have an exaggerated sense of importance? This module delves deeper into the subconscious to resolve issues deep within that you may not realise have been holding you back
- Is this behaviour an expectation of your employer or do you do it voluntarily? When we understand this, we can work on solutions. This is not brain-storming ideas, this is solution-focused therapy
- It is interesting and important to work out how much should you be paid for the time spent on your devices. We uncover the understanding at a deeper level and how to feel this sense of fulfilment, without the unnecessary work.

Module 3 – How Deep Does the Impact Go?
- In this module we will ask the important questions:
- Who else is affected by your activities?
- Have you thought about this from their perspective?
- What effect does not being able to switch off from work have on your life, your health and your wellbeing?
Module 4 – What Benefits Do You Get From This Behaviour?
- This is one of the most important modules where we will work to help understand the difference between personal validation and personal fulfilment
- Develop discipline and decisiveness to draw the cut-off line appropriately. You will almost feel like you have a super-power to work to your full mental capacity by resolving the issues deep in the subconscious that have been holding you back all of this time
- Learn to effectively manage your schedule so you have time for the important things in your life. With this major life skill, and without the subconscious luggage holding you back, this will become far more clear and realistic
Module 5 – Your Next Step
- With this module, we will help you expose the limiting beliefs that have kept you from your dreams. Upon completion, you will feel rejuvenated and free from old limitations that have been subconsciously shackling you down
- Together, you will identify where you want your future to be. This will provide the mental clarity, inspiration, motivation and capacity to make this happen for you
- You will be free to change, free to create and free to excel in your work, but most importantly your family life
Duration – 5 modules. Usually once or twice per week but at your own pace.
