Is Vaping Better Than Smoking?
There has not been enough research carried out to make vaping illegal. However, it is quite clear that vaping is detrimental to your health. Our programme will ensure that you know how to quit vaping and provide ongoing support so that you and your family are happy with the results.
There has been a worrying number of deaths that are directly associated with vaping all around the world. It is because of this that the HSE do not recommend e-cigarettes as a method to quit smoking.

Since e-cigarettes do not burn tobacco and do not create smoke, evidence indicates that they are a less harmful form of nicotine delivery than ordinary cigarettes. That being said, the long-term effects are not yet known.
However, it is common sense that inhaling any toxins or uncertain chemicals into your lungs is a bad idea. Second to that, you have to pay for it too! Our approach and unique techniques will eliminate those cravings you get when wanting to vape.
Some have started vaping in the belief that e-cigarettes would alleviate their cravings and help them to stop smoking. On top of this, the hand-to-mouth actions of smoking and vaping are very similar. This satisfies both the physical needs and psychological needs at the same time. Some assume that using e-cigarettes and vaping will help cut down their intake of nicotine and toxins. However, nicotine is not good for people with heart problems. And some initial research shows it can damage your arteries.

Should I Vape Instead of Smoking?
No, no you should not. The best way to quit smoking is by partaking in our programme. Hypnosis is extremely effective and fast-acting, most of our clients don’t want to vape or smoke anyone after just one or two sessions.

Once our clients make the decision not to vape or smoke, our therapist will teach them how to help navigate cravings. We teach them to pinpoint exactly how the craving feels. Having a cigarette at this time guarantees they will have another craving once the nicotine leaves their body.
