- How to plan your future when you are not in control of your present
- What events of the past are influencing you today? What questions or doubts interrupt your thoughts at vital moments? What statements of fact would be a good replacement?
- How to understand fears so they are a positive influence.
- Understanding fears, how big is your biggest fear? If you were to describe it what would it look like? How do you see yourself in comparison to this?
- Why you let past experiences, shames and regrets dictate who you are
- When you look back over your past, who do you not want to be now? If you could create a new future, with no relation to the past, what would it be like? Who are you in this future and what can you do differently?
