Payments and Refund Policy
- A deposit is required at the time of securing your appointment slot. This is paid securely using Stripe over the phone or by payment link.
- All payments are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, and solely at the therapist’s discretion, a credit voucher may be issued. Vouchers are valid for a maximum of three months from the date of the client’s last session and are non-transferable.
- Programmes must be completed within 6 months of the initial session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions beyond this period may be forfeited without refund.
- Official digital receipts can be provided by email at the time of payment. Confirmation of payment will be issued once the transaction is successfully processed. Until payment is received, your appointment slot is not guaranteed
- Remaining payment is paid at the beginning of the first session, unless other arrangements have been made. Our programmes are purchased as one unit, not as individual sessions and are non-refundable
- While we endeavour to support all clients with integrity and care, we make no guarantees as to specific results. That being said, most of those who have fully committed to our programmes have consistently reported positive outcomes and lasting impact
- We also accept bank transfers as payment
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, once 24 hours notice is given
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of €200. This fee may be waived at the sole discretion of the therapist in cases of documented emergency or exceptional circumstances.
Hypnosis Programmes
- Clients are entitled to 3, 5 or 8 sessions, depending on the specific programme that the client signs up for
- Check-in calls are included if needed to check-in with the client’s progress. This may be by phone, text or email. Caitríona or Fiachra will always try make contact by phone initially. This added support may not be necessary for all clients. We encourage all clients to reach out if needed in-between sessions. It is up to the client to make an adequate attempt to contact Caitríona or Fiachra if desired
- While every effort is made to accommodate preferred appointment times, availability may vary. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to ensure timely completion of their programme. We will always try our best to accommodate
- Sessions can be in-person or online using Zoom via the secure link emailed to you. WhatsApp and Phone calls can also be used for flexibility if necessary
- Your free audio recording can be sent via email after your session if requested. This is not always necessary but is at the client’s discretion. Personalised audio recordings can be purchased additionally
- At the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre, we truly are committed to helping our clients, and we always aim to provide a top-quality service. As long as you commit to our programmes and are willing to engage, we can provide life-changing solutions using hypnosis and our unique multi-therapy approach
- Sessions are non-transferable. Programmes apply to one person and sessions cannot be transferred, unless in extraordinary circumstances. In these circumstances, transfers must be used within 3 months of the primary clients last session
Payment Information
- We use Stripe as our transaction management system for credit/debit card payments.
- With all payments we can provide digital receipts at your request.
- Transaction history is recorded for our records and for tax purposes. This is confidential information and only authorised personnel can access transaction history.
- Payment can be made securely over the phone or via Stripe payment link. Payment is approved and verified at the time of payment.
- No card details of any type are stored by us at any time.
Group Sessions
- While we encourage confidentiality among all participants, we cannot guarantee the actions of others in a group setting. Clients are advised to only share personal information they are comfortable disclosing in a group environment.
- Clients agree to participate respectfully and not disrupt or record the session. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is inappropriate, harmful, or in breach of this agreement.
- In some cases, group sessions may be recorded for replay access. If you do not permit this, you can turn your camera off and change your name to maintain anonymity. Please reach out to ask for instructions to do so.
- Unauthorised recording by participants is strictly prohibited.
- We are not responsible for any discomfort, emotional distress, or issues arising from the actions or disclosures of other participants in group sessions. We will maintain a supportive setting and ensure that all of our clients feel safe
- By attending a group session, you acknowledge that others may see or hear the information you share during the session. We encourage mutual respect and confidentiality among participants but cannot guarantee the conduct of others.
- We use Zoom to facilitate online sessions. Zoom may process certain metadata (e.g., IP address, device info) in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. For more information, visit: https://zoom.us/privacy
Additional Terms
- By booking a session, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
- Hypnotherapy and mindset coaching are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes. Individual results may vary depending on the client’s engagement, mental health history, and readiness to change. However, you can read our client testimonials to understand the level of care we aim to provide. If the reviews resonate with you, feel free to get in touch.
- We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All client records are stored securely and treated with strict confidentiality. Information will not be shared without explicit written consent, except where required by law
- By attending our sessions, clients confirm they are over 18 years of age or have obtained parental/legal guardian consent. Clients also confirm that they do not suffer from any condition that could impact their ability to undergo hypnosis safely, unless previously discussed with their therapist
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is abusive, under the influence of substances, or if therapy is deemed inappropriate for their needs.
- Unfortunately, technical issues can occur. We are not responsible for such issues (e.g., internet outages) on the client’s side during online sessions. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if significant interruptions occur on either side
- We are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or distress, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional in your area.
