Payments and Refund Policy
- A deposit is required to secure appointment slots. This is paid securely via Bank of Ireland Payment System, SumUp Payment Links or over the phone with our SumUp online payment terminal, prior to the appointment
- Payments are non-refundable, but in certain circumstances can be issued as vouchers and used up to 3 months from the client’s last session. This is discretionary
- Official digital receipts can be provided by email at the time of payment. You will get confirmation immediately once payment has been processed. Until payment is received, your appointment slot is not guaranteed
- Remaining payment is paid at the end of the first session, unless a payment scheme is arranged with Caitríona or Fiachra. Our programs are purchased as one unit, not as individual sessions and are non-refundable
- Most clients will have an instant impact, although some clients may have underlying issues that also need to be worked on before results are prominent. We genuinely want to help our clients, and for the thousands of people that have committed to and engaged with our programs, all have been impacted positively
- Alternative methods of payment such as bank transfers or PayPal can also be arranged
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, once 24 hours notice is given
- There is a cancellation fee of €200 if due notice of 24 hours is not provided, unless in extreme circumstances
Hypnosis Programs
- Client’s are entitled to 3, 5 or 8 sessions, depending on the specific program that the client signs up for
- Check-in calls are included in our programs to check-in with the client’s progress. This may be by phone, text or email. Caitríona or Fiachra will always try make contact by phone initially
- Sessions will be provided on the basis of therapist availability, but they will always attempt to best accommodate
- Sessions are online using Zoom via the secure link emailed to you. WhatsApp and Phone calls can also be used for flexibility if necessary
- Your free audio recording can be sent via email after your session if requested. This is not always necessary but is at the client’s discretion. Personalised audio recordings can be purchased additionally
- At the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre, we truly are committed to helping our clients, and we always aim to provide a top-quality service. As long as you commit to our programs and are willing to engage, we can provide life-changing solutions using hypnosis and our unique multi-therapy approach
- Sessions are non-transferable. Programs apply to one person and sessions cannot be transferred, unless in extraordinary circumstances. In these circumstances, transfers must be used within 3 months of the primary clients last session
Payment Information
- We use Bank of Ireland (BOI) and SumUp as our transaction management systems for credit/debit card payments.
- With all payments we can provide digital receipts at your request.
- Transaction history is recorded for our records and for tax purposes. This is confidential information and only authorised personnel can access transaction history.
- Payment can be made securely over the phone via the BOI or SumUp Virtual Terminal. Payment is approved and verified at the time of payment.
- No card details of any type are stored at any time.
PayPal Payments
- We accept payments via PayPal if other payment system fail
- Instant transfers can take up to 30 minutes. However, bank transfer payments may take 3-5 business days to be received.
- Payment must be received in order to secure your appointment slot. Your therapist will happily pencil you in at your desired date and time, but your appointment time is not confirmed until payment is received. You will be contacted once the appointment slot is confirmed.
- If there is any remaining payments to be made by PayPal on the day of your appointment, payment will need to be made before the session begins.
- You will be required to email a confirmation of payment to info@hypnosisandtherapy.ie.
