Feedback has shown that our online sessions are 100% as effective as face-to-face sessions. The effects also tend to be faster acting! This is because clients are in the comfort of their own home and can feel more relaxed and in control.
It comes down to personal preference. Some clients feel they can engage better in person because they have a lot of distractions at home. Others are over the moon that they won’t be stressed out on the commute!
Either way, if you are willing to engage fully and ready for change, it won’t matter if you’re comfy at home or in our clinic in the BD Gym, Kimmage.
For online sessions, all you need are a pair of earphones and a chair to sit back in. We can use Zoom, WhatsApp or phone calls. We do not even need to use video-call if you do not feel comfortable!
This service has been provided to our clients worldwide for many years, even pre-COVID. We have worked with clients in the UK, US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and indeed all over Ireland.
